The Asian team has won the toss and elected to field first in the Afro-Asian cup lone Twenty20 match, played at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore. The unfancied African team have moved on to 55 for the loss of 5 wickets in 12.3 overs. Mortaza picked up two wickets, while Sree Santh and Maharoof accounted for one each. Obanda was run out. Sree Santh is the lone Indian in the Asian team.
