Dravid won the toss again and lost the match yet again. This time, Dravid chose to bat first and posted only 212 runs. Only Sachin and Yuvraj had sizeable contributions to the total.

At one stage, it looked like 212 is more than enough for the Indians to secure a victory and square the series. But, a determined Broad and Bopara ensured victory by posting a 99-run unbroken 8th wicket partnership.

Result: India 212 (Sachin 55, Yuvraj 71, Broad 4 for 51, Anderson 3 for 38) lost to England 213/7 (Agarkar 4 for 60) by 3 wickets.

England leads the 7-match series 3-1
